Museum Education familiarises the children with museums,and monuments works of art.
The purpose of museum education is to bring our children in contact with and teach them about the history of our country,, the creations of Greek art and our cultural tradition and heritage.
These activities include: attending theatre performances, film screenings, visits-tours of museums and art exhibitions.
The children's awareness is raised on global problems and issues related to world days, and they participate with original activities, information leaflets, discussions and educational excursions.
With the participation of our Kindergarten children in various cultural events of our city, visits to museums, galleries, tours of ancient and Byzantine monuments and churches, they develop an affinity for Art, which we must foster in order for them to become well-round individuals..
