ACTA -Technoblast of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki - has created an innovative program for children aged 6-12 years old, aiming to educate them in computers through play and fun. At the same time it aims to encourage them to new educational horizons, using mainly the method of learning by doing. Key features of the programme are participation in activities, research, observation, experience and discovery. BE ACTA certifications are divided into four levels. Each level has three modules, from which the student chooses two to be assessed. The Beginners ACTA is the Children's Certificate that rewards children who have engaged with a specialized-focused educational material in both basic computer skills and multimedia applications.
